UnionUs (“UnionUs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) platform designed to help labor unions manage member relationships, campaigns, events, communications, grievances and other cases, data, and reporting in a customizable, no‑code environment.

If you are implementing UnionUs on behalf of a union or organization, you are confirming that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using UnionUs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

UnionUs is a tool, not a decision‑maker. You control how the system is configured, what data is entered, and how it is used.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
6.1 Your Data Is Yours
You retain ownership of all data you upload, enter, or generate using UnionUs (“Client Data”). We do not claim ownership of your data.
6.2 Service Provider Role
UnionUs acts as a service provider, housing and organizing Client Data solely on behalf of and under the control of the Client.
6.3 Our Use of Client Data

We built UnionUs to use a modern, cloud-native architecture designed for reliability and performance, providing an expected 99.999% uptime. However, we can/do not guarantee uninterrupted service. There may be circumstances in which outages occur.

You may terminate your subscription according to your plan terms.

UnionUs will not access or disclose Client Data after termination except as required to comply with legal obligations.
UnionUs is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the platform will meet every operational, legal, or compliance requirement of your union.
However, we welcome product enhancement suggestions!
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
