We will never sell your information. We may share data only:
With service providers who support our infrastructure and are bound by confidentiality obligations
When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process
With Client authorization
When legally permitted, UnionUs will notify the Client before responding to any request for disclosure of Client Data.
We understand that union organizations manage sensitive information and we’ve worked hard to design our platform in a way that safeguards that information at every level, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Clients are responsible for:
Lawful collection and use of member data
Providing any required notices or consents to members
Configuring access controls appropriately
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law or contract.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.
Because Client Data is controlled by the Client:
Requests should be directed to the Client
UnionUs will reasonably assist Clients in responding to verified requests, as required by law
UnionUs is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect such data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated.
